Open a position
To open a position, select a pair (e.g. BTC/USD) and open the trading panel (see picture below):
Then, choose a direction (long or short - in red), the amount to place (in orange) and the leverage (in green) to define the position:
You can adjust the amount and the leverage by clicking on the + or - buttons.
In the example above, the user intends to open a long position on the BTC/USD pair with an amount of 20,000 1vMM and a leverage of 1x.

Leverage
Leverage is a multiplier that allows users to increase their exposure to a position (and thus their profit/loss) without increasing the amount invested. For example, if a user sets 2x leverage, if the performance over the fixing period is 1%, the user will generate a profit of 2%.
Validate
Once you are ready, tclick on the "Validate" button. The position will be opened, and you will be able to follow its evolution thanks to the "Performance to Date" field.
Position Duration
When you enter into a new position, you must hold this position at least 6 hours. If you hold the position less than 6 hours, you will be subject to a penalty.
